Dear God,
Thank you for waking me up this morning. I want to thank you for the miracle of my life. I tend to forget the simple things you gave me. I have good health, and my earthly family does too. This is so important Lord. Thank you for that gift Lord. I pray I can keep that gift for a very long time.
Thank you Lord, for the christian community you’ve put me in. Three years ago I was a new and lonely Christian. You gave me the opportunity to meet with some of your children here in the Rockies, and to build healthy relationships with them.
All I want is to thank you Lord, for all my blessings. I aleady have so much in my life: a place to live, a good job, beautiful mountains around me, creativity, yummy food, etc. I am blessed and spoiled, and I realize it Lord.
Overall, I know that I don’t need much to be content – only your mighty presence. You gave me the love, the peace and the hope this world cannot offer. What else should I want for myself?
Well of course, I would like to have my own family. I already have so many blessings, but this particular blessing is one I’m already cherishing. You know me Lord, and the desires of my heart. I want to bring you glory. I want my future family to be a Light in this dark world.
I am asking you something good Lord, in hope that you may bless that request. I know you have a plan for my life, and I am hoping that having my own family is part of it.
At the end of the day, you have the last word Lord. All I want is to walk on the narrow path that leads to your Kingdom.
